Gamble Scramble© is a collection of crossword puzzles and word searches that were developed by gambling cousellors working with older adults. Evelyn Bakich of Sister Margaret Smith Centre, Thunder Bay; Deb Kostyk of Addictions Foundation of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Manitoba; and Sheila Toderian of Addictions Services Kenora, Kenora, Ontario are the co-creators of Gamble Scramble©. The purpose of this tool is to provide prevention and awareness information to older adults about Responsible Gambling and Problem Gambling with a fun, interactive approach.
Bingo Game©2000 was developed by Evelyn Bakich of the Sister Margaret Smith Centre to provide prevention and awareness information about Responsible Gambling and Problematic Gambling in a fun, non-threatening environment. Participants enjoy interacting with each other as they learn about tips for gambling safely, warning signs of problem gambling and common myths of gambling.
