Mental Health and Addictions Services (MHA)'s web site is an on-line service designed by Dunkweb and our own in-house team. Maintenance of this site is handled by the communications and information technology staff at St. Joseph's Care Group (SJCG), consisting of information services and content provided by Mental Health and Addictions content partners and other third parties. "Visitor" means each person who establishes or accesses a connection for access to and use of Mental Health and Addictions' web site.

Visitor's use of the web site is subject to the terms of use, the visitor should exit the site if he or she does not agree to be bound by them.

General

(A) This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of Mental Health and Addictions' web site by Visitor. By using Mental Health and Addictions' web site(other than to read this Agreement for the first time), Visitor agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use Mental Health and Addictions' web site is personal to Visitor and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

 

(B) Mental Health and Addictions' web site shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Mental Health and Addictions' web site, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

 

Changed Terms

Visitor may download copyrighted material for Visitor's personal use only. This Agreement and any operating rules for Mental Health and Addictions' web site established by Mental Health and Addictions' web site constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.
